HustleSasa

Services

Kenya & Ghana

HustleSasa gives African event organisers the digital tools to sell tickets, run events, and create income opportunities across the creative economy.

The Challenge

Events run on too many disconnected tools

Event organisers often manage ticket sales, payments, audience communication, entry, and settlement through separate tools. The gaps create extra work for organisers and friction for audiences, venues, gate teams, and suppliers.

The challenge affects events of every size, from major festivals to small pop-ups and first-time founders’ fashion sales. Africa’s creative economy needs infrastructure that can handle the whole event journey.

The Innovation

One operating system for live events

HustleSasa is building an integrated Event Creator OS. Organisers can use one platform for storefronts, local payments, ticketing, audience communication, access control, gate operations, and settlement.

The platform supports large festivals, small pop-up events, and first-time founders. It brings the operational pieces of an event into one workflow, from the first ticket sale to the final settlement.

What Makes It Stand Out

From festival stages to first-time founders

HustleSasa supports major festivals with up to 15,000 visitors, as well as small pop-ups and first-time founders’ fashion sales. In the previous year, the platform processed around 500,000 tickets across more than 2,000 events.

Impact

Where the change happens

Paid Work

HustleSasa helps organisers run events that create paid engagements for gate teams, caterers, security staff, stage crews and technical suppliers. The extent of sustained employment still needs separate measurement.

Access for Organisers

From major festivals to small pop-ups and first-time founders’ fashion sales, organisers can use digital tools for tickets, local payments, entry and settlement.
