Impacc is a non-profit organization based in Germany, Kenya and Ethiopia. We convert donations into equity investments into African start-ups that are job engines. We find local founders with local ideas for local markets, and provide them with financial, technical and operational support so that they can use their own strength to grow and create jobs.
