How to communicate our approach in a way that incorporates both African and European perspective and how to leverage our diverse team so that everyone can give their best were others. Our team spends most of the year connecting remotely from Nairobi, Addis, Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, so it\u2019s a great luxury to meet, discuss, fight, laugh, plan and party twice a year in person.
